  3. Aquaphobic film – wafer-thin TPU stops pool or sea water from soaking in and keeps odour-causing bacteria out.
  4. Quick-dry shell – recycled nylon / Spandex blend stays light, smooth, and colour-true in chlorine or salt.

No. The aquaphobic barrier repels external water while the absorbent core locks period flow inside. The suit stays slim and dry—no swelling or soggy feel.

Can I wear it on heavy-flow days?

Yes. For very heavy flow, we suggest pairing with a menstrual cup or tampon for the first few hours, then wearing the suit solo once your flow lightens.

How long can I swim before changing?

Up to 6-8 hours for light–medium flow. Always rinse and switch to a fresh suit after extended wear for best hygiene.

How do I wash it?

Rinse in cold water, machine-wash on gentle (no fabric softener), then line-dry. Skip the dryer—high heat can damage the leak-proof layer.

How do I pick the right size?

Is the fabric safe for my skin?
